Pool Waiver Terms

I/we (individually, as a family and guests) shall be subject to, and agree to abide by, the published/posted pool rules and regulations. Non-compliance with the rules or misuse of the pool in any way may result in immediate termination of pool privileges. We hereby forfeit all swimming privileges if I and/or my children permit the use of our pool card by any person(s) other than ourselves. We understand that guests (non-resident family/friends) must be accompanied by resident homeowner when using pool.

Furthermore, we do hereby waive, release and hold harmless the Oxford Park Homeowners Association, board of directors, residents, Collins & Associates, Inc., and its employees for any injury or illness that we may ourselves suffer while on the Oxford Park pool property or during any use of the Oxford Park property.
